by East Coast Road was the key area, that happened to be in the focus of all adventure seekers and it was only time before someone came up with one such interesting adventure park. To my great surprise, I was quite thrilled to find out that the famous Wild Tribe Ranch, which was earlier located in Red Hills is now being shifted to a fantastic location in ECR. Even better, I somehow got myself an invite through the Chennai bloggers club
Situated right next to the Intercontinental resort and a stone’s throw away from Crocodile Park, they couldn’t have got a better spot in the city. With a bright splash of orange,the letters of Wild Tribe Ranch is displayed quite vividly right in the main road , for everyone to see. Missing it, while driving down is almost impossible
The owners have managed to line up a lot of interesting activities for almost all age groups and not just for the extreme adventure seekers. The first sight into the ranch will make you stop on your tracks and awe at the mammoth structure that has been built . A giant structure with hanging beams, ropes, tires and metal rods suspended from the ceiling awaits you. As you strap on the safety belts that would always prevent you from falling , you get to walk the steep climb as you hoop through thin metal cylinders and wobbling footpaths as you reach to the top.
The top of the structure leads you to the zipline that gets you to the other side of the adventure ranch
The zipline, incidentally is Tamilnadu’s longest zipline and sure looks thrilling from up there and its called Flying Fox
Other activites around the zone include Body Zorbing soccer, Bull Ride, Surf Xprt, Trampoline Jump, Gyroscope and of course a small swimming pool to chill out after a heavy dose of adrenaline
The second most interesting activity , in my opinion would be the ATV Zone. A nicely laid track, you can get to zip around a couple of laps in their ATV bike and kick in some dust!
If you still have some energy left in you , get suited up with the army gear, guns and enter in the Paint Ball zone as you knock out your hidden enemies
So next time you want to spend your time in a completely different way , this is where you should head to
