No matter how much time you spend on maintaining on your fitness levels, it is equally important for one to take care of their appearance as well. Despite having high fitness levels, if one doesn’t care about their skin, it can totally put them in a bad light and can have a negative perception on yourself.
Even the smallest pimple can totally make your otherwise charming face look like its blotted. A regular cleansing of the skin and face, if not done can make the face very oily and dull. So based on experience, I’ve listed below some simple yet effective skin care techniques that can really make a difference in your lives

Cleanse and Wash:  One of the obvious ways to keep a clean and fresh skin is to wipe away the dirt with a scrub and then wash the face at least 3-4 times a day. Using a good brand of cleanser to wash twice a day can remove the dead cells and give a fresh clean look. A cleanse also wipes out the oil that’s present in the face and tries to control them further

Sunscreen lotion: The harmful effects of radiation from the sun is quite well known to most people. Yet its blatantly ignored while stepping out of the house in the hot summers with no protection for the skin. Its compulsory that each one has to apply a generous amount of sunscreen lotion with a good SPF rating, to protect the skin from getting tanned as well as aid in blocking the UC radiation

Fresh Juices:  Every fresh juice be it orange, banana, pomegranate, avocado or papaya has plenty of minerals, nutrients and vitamins that can aid in adding immunity as well as boosting fitness levels. Citrus juices in particular like lemon, orange are excellent for the skin and gives you a glowing effect within weeks of regular consumption between meals. On the other hand, carbonated and aerated drinks are to be strictly avoided as it contains a lot of calories and sugar
Apart from fresh juice , water should also be copied in large amounts as it eliminates all the toxins and gives a fresh glow to the skin

For Acne Prone Skin : Here are some common tips for preventing acne : 

Cleanse, Exfoliate, Moisturize, Use makeup sparingly, Hands off your face, Exercise, Feed your skin, Drink Lemon Water
Simply rubbing the inside of a banana peel against your skin will brighten up and tone your skin, help reduce acne, and enhance your glow.

Apply a drop of tea-tree oil to blemishes three times a day to discourage infection and speed up healing. “Dilute With Water”
